Subject: [Vantage] Blank PO saved - cannot delete it

I have a problem that I have never seen before! I have 3 PO's in a row all
saved in my 'Open' PO list, they have no information, no vendor, no lines,
nothing, yet they are saved with PO#'s. If I try to call up one of these
thru PO Entry I get the following errors:

**No POHeader Record is Available. (91)
Error attempting to push run time parameters onto the stack. (984)

Has anyone seen this before? I would love to know how they got created and
how I can delete them.

Hi,
Actually I had this exact same problem about 3 weeks ago. After
contacting Vantage Support they sent me a program called POOPEN.exe which is
supposed to open those PO's back up. (I laughed when I seen the name of the
program). However the program wouldn't work for us (5.00.329) so they sent
another program called POCLOSE.exe which I used to just close those PO's out
so we didn't have to worry about them anymore. Those PO's don't contain any
information so nothing was lost by it. So I would start off by contacting
them for these programs, they may have updated it. Originally the
POOPEN.exe was for Vantage 4 systems, but they said they were in the process
of updating it.
