Disable Epicor Theming

Appreciate your advice on why disabling the Theming will improve the Epicor performance?

It probably wont improve it to anything noticeable, unless you are running on an old eMachines computer.

If anyone suggests so, they may be plagued by a Windows 10 issue, and therefore thinks it may be theming.

We tested the theming solution and it worked very well and had a significant performance improvement by 4X. Especially in the Quote Entry screen:

Open Quote Entry
Query a Quote
Clear Quote Entry

Also, make sure your Setting> Preferences> General Options> Save Settings on Exist is check before disabling the theming option.

We had some screens (such as Customer Tracker, Order Entry) that took 27 seconds to open, after disabling Theming, they were opening in under 7 seconds.
