10.2.700.X no longer checks the ReportPrinted flag to determine if the dialog should be displayed. Epicor removed this because Kinetic doesn’t have a way to read the value. Reference my earlier post regarding Epicor’s response to my support claim.

@bmgarver - Thanks for clarifying… I was hoping Epicor was doing something like show EpiMessageBox if dispPrintedMessage = TRUE, and I’d be able to intercept it and set that to false… Our shipping department is under a lot of pressure lately, and any extra pop-ups (and mouse clicks to close them) that we can suppress would be a huge win. Along with the “Ready to Ship” pop-up on 1000+ shipments daily…

I feel like we should post this on Epicor Ideas… just make it a flag in company configuration to turn this on or off.
