Disappearing data in UD fields

Having some “now you see it, now you don’t” going on with UD field data displays and it’s driving me crazy. We had some fields from UD30 added to our Part/Rev screen and populated the fields in the table. BAQ shows the data in the fields. When I go into Part/Rev, the field will show the data and five minutes later I go back into the screen and the data does not show (BAQ still shows data in the field). Go back in later, and it’s back showing!

Have not been able to discover a pattern. This is happening to multiple people across the company, and in other screens that have UD fields. My hunch is it’s related to how the fields are set up on the screen, as the data is actually in the table.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this? Or do I just go find a rubber room and one of those white coats with the sleeves that wrap around the back?

I assume you have tried this but just have to throw it out there. Regen the datamodel, restart of any related application servers, and clearing of the cache.

We regened the datamodel but haven’t restarted the app servers or cleared the cache. I’ll give that a try.
