report in Production Management>Quality Assurance>Reports and have
the users go there to print it out. The more elegant way would be to
actually put a print icon in DMR Processing or Print as an option in
Actions. The customizations manual and class doesn't even explore
either of these options. Has anyone any experience in this area or is
this a REAL customization best left to Epicor?

Our company has traditionally had a paper DMR form that was kept on file to display all actions taken and approvals for the dispositioning of DMR material. Vantage apparently doesn't have any provision for that. The easy solution would be to create a Crystal report in Production Management>Quality Assurance>Reports and have the users go there to print it out. The more elegant way would be to actually put a print icon in DMR Processing or Print as an option in Actions. The customizations manual and class doesn't even explore either of these options.
