we have many issue assembly to do, we wanted to use the DMT - issue assembly to do them, but it’s not working.. working with support to get this fix.. but taking a very long time.. do you know of any other way to process those.. without using the issue assembly form in kinetic.. would a Updatable BAQ work ?? or BPM ?
any ideas is welcome
FYI, had a meeting with epicor support, and was told the on their side is working with the DB backup.. i even showed them the issue (team meeting).. they saw it.. not working but for the DEV team is working.. so they are telling me to have the DMT modified by a consulting firm.. i told them NO., their product is not working.. I will escalade this to epicor .. (so you all know, that sometimes.. they will not help)..
