Can someone please shed some light on the DMT tools security? Does it reference Epicor menu security to determine what a user can DMT in? Or is it wide-open?
Yes, to use the tool you must login with an Epicor user account.
The only import options that are visible and available are those that user has access to in Epicor.
This also applies to company & plant access.
This has really messed with me when I did not give the Epicor user adequate access for a given import.
