We are on Epicor 10.1, and need to know if the DMT program for 10.1 has a template for Case Details? Pertaining to Case Management.

It does because it is all under Case…if you have DMT, look at the template builder…you can see where the details go and are linked. Manasa
So there are more than just the 5 fields that DMT had for 10.0 for Case?
Uh yeah…Go to Sales at the top…find Case…when you open it…look tot he bottom right…there is a button called template builder…click on that and build your own template! Manasa
Yea I knew about the build your own, just didn’t know if they had one out of the box with all the fields in it. Thanks for the help Manasa!
As I look you are using the templates defined by Epicor…build your own…you will be a happier person…just always test in a test environment first…I cant tell you the number of times I had to redo the screw ups I made! Manasa
