DMT – User cannot access to PO Receipt Detail

Hi,

I am trying to give access to some user for accessing PO Receipt Detail in DMT. However, I cannot find the hand held menu in the menu maintenance. It should be in Material Management - Data Collection - HandHeld - Shipping / Receiving - PO Receipt.

Please suggest how to make the hand held menu to be visible ?

I am on 10.2.700.40

DMT is going to use the regular client menu for reference. PO receipts is also available as Header/Detail or a single combined file.

I mean in here is PO Receipt Detail.
However, all the sub menu in PO Receipt in DMT , i cannot give access to all users if they are not security manager. According to the epicor KB , the menu maintainance setting is under hand held menu.

any work around ?

That is definitely an oversight. I don’t own the HH module and also do not see that menu. it is in the database. Open a case with Epicor.
