Do you know how to AUTO attach docs to a PO being emailed V8.03

In Doclink (I think that is the APM+ but not sure) there is the
supplemental docs which allows you to use sql stored procedures to do
document selection dynamically, and then an option to choose other
documents.

Scenario is Purchase Order with 3 lines.

All 3 lines are for parts in the part master.

Each part master record has a link to several document and drawings.

We want some of those linked files to be copied into the email
containing the PO.

We guess there will be a flag to indicate on the attachment link if that
file needs to be copied into the email.

Is anyone doing anything like the above as I am sure this would be of
great interest to the group.

Or contact me direct if you can spare a minute or two.

Best wishes

Let us know if you find anything Tony, I've been asking about this one
for quite a while, for 6.1 though.

Tony,

That would be a useful feature.

We are going to use the APM module to send emails/faxes for PO,
PackSlip, Quotes, and SOA's. I poked around in APM and found I can
attach docs to emails, but don't think I can do it dynamically.
