Doc-Link - Printing Blank Pages

Thanks - I've resolved this for all printing - if anyone needs the info PM me and I'll send the details
I've just managed to access altecs Doc-Link 2.5 and am setting up Vantages reports via routing within the program. All seems to be OK apart from if I try and print I get a blank print out.

I've tested this printer outside of Altec and it is fine. The email version of the document is also OK.

Anybody have any ideas - I know our support company haven't got a clue!!!(but thats not new!!!!)
This may sound dumb but believe me I've had it happen before...make sure the font color is not white.

Greg

No, its not white - its wierd as when I view the document within doc-link and print it's fine. It's when its created in the output method - I get no print (althougth the email version is fine)

This is a bug in doc-link v2.5.

You can bypass it by reducing the Color Depth of each document in the doc-link Administrator. The error only crops up when your color depth is set to 8 BPP.
