Well, I am getting old. I apparently did it on 9/11 and forgot. Even posted about it. When I went to make a snapshot. I had one called before 9.3 install that I had not cleaned up.

Anyway I reverted and did them again just now with no issues.

Are there any logs ?

Thank you, but alas no, the error is generated by IIS. Something goofed up in the Config file I’m sure. I’ve tried a dozen things I found on the net and now I’m uninstalling/reinstalling…

Got it working - I don’t know but sometime along the way I goofed up my Dev IDC install directory. I think it was back when I was trying to get SSO to work.
