DocStar v24 log files are HUGE?

Good Morning, we recently upgraded from on site Docstar v20 to Cloud based v23. After the move our scanning PC started generating these multi GB log files and fill the 500GB hard drive with in a few weeks. DocStar chat support says it is an IT issue but we did not have this issue before the move. Is there some logging I can disable to stop this?

by the looks of it, that actually your scanner making the logs. What does the log contain? Anything to go on in there?
