Documents in Work Items list but do not exist

I have a number of documents that are in the Work Items list at the “Processing” step. When I try to open any of them, I get the “Document not found” error. I am unable to re-assign or delete them. I tried deleting the DQ items.

I’d suggest delete and re-index the DocStar system.

If this was a problem on Monday there was a problem on the UK Docstar side as I got this a couple of times but all should be ok now. Are you still getting the issue?

I am still having this issue, I don’t think it would be related.
