Does anybody know where these buttons went in Kinetic Purchase Order Entry?

I can’t seem to find these buttons to pick who to ship the purchase order to in the Kinetic UI. What am I missing? Is there some other way to pick the ship to address?

I just tried this, and in 2022.2 it’s here:

BUT, my Ship-to is inside of the first card, and I see that you have a Ship To card separate from Order Details…
