Does anyone know where the downloads went to?

I just logged onto epicweb to find the latest release notes so I could evaluate whether or not to upgrade from 10.1.500.8 to whatever the latest release is.

I do not see the download area anymore. Is it in a new area? or under a different path?

I used to login - then click on products - scroll down to V10 and then there was an option for downloads (or something like that). I don’t see that anymore.

Where do I go to download new releases and release notes?

You may need to contact Epicor Customer Service or your CAM - we have had in the past where they mistakenly thought our maintenance had lapsed and revoked our access.

This usually means they think your maintenance has lapsed… If it hasn’t I’d contact your cam

Mr. Jose: you are right again. Looks like our Maintenance has lapsed.

We have a note into our CAM as I’m writing this.
