Hello, I am unable to find a place to buy 2013 license for crystal reports so I was wondering if 2016 Crystal Reports would work with Epicor the same as 2013? Thank you
If you are modifying existing reports, it should work, but mileage may vary. Avoid any new features though.
However, you will be better served if you migrate to SSRS.
(Unless Kinetic will replace that soon too?)

Adv Print Routing(APR) only supports SSRS, as well as some features if you are using DocStar. There might be others, but APR is a big reason to make the move to SSRS.
