We automated order fulfillment in Epicor for one of our companies. We recently added a new company and this process doesn’t work for it. This is because the new company is a drop ship company. Therefore, when creating shipments, the “Mass Shipment” button does not work as it throws an error.
The releases exist and are open, but the OrderRel.DropShip boolean value is true - making them invalid.
The automation literally used all the methods from the trace and it worked very well. For the drop ship company, the PreCreateMassShipDtl, CreateMassShipDtl, and MarkShipmentLines business methods cannot be used as they are the ones throwing the error.
To go around this, I am trying to create each line individually to trace them, but it also gives me the error:
