Dump? Report Builder?

Do you have different shifts in data collection for different lunch hours?
Then you could run your report off of laborhed and show the shift with the
scheduled lunch and no heartburn over excel.

Just an idea.

Subject: [Vantage] Dump? Report Builder?

Suggestions please
Our receptionist (Who has no computer - don't go there)
Needs a report of current employees and their lunch schedules

How can I get either excel or report builder to know that if its a code
of 11 to print out 11:00 - 11:30?
I need to list the employee name and their appropriate lunch time
An excel dump would work then I can take it from there

We have several different lunges
If I do a dump to excel fine
But the schedule are like schedule 11 - 11:00 - 11:30
12 - 11:30 -
12:00
etc

Any help would be appreciated

If the format is always the same (that is, if the last 13 characters
represent the lunch range you want to display), you can add a new column in
excel and parse out the data you want. In the new column, the equation
would be "=RIGHT(C25,13)" where C25 is the cell location of the full
description.
