Only 1 resource assigned to that operation. It is strange it almost looks like they entered time twice.

I came across two occasions where Epicor is showing multiple entries on the same day for a single employee.  This has cause duoble labor charges to a project.  Any thoughts how or why this happened?

Do your employees have any feedback that shows them whether or not they reported something or not? We had a lot of issues with things being double issued because they couldn't remember if they reported it or not, so they would report it again. We have created a dashboard they can use to see what's reported and what's not. We've also implement a BPM to pop up a warning message if they are going to report more than is required. (unfortunately the people that were the problem before are still the problem because they just blast through the error and double report anyways.) It hasn't fixed everything but it has helped.
