We found two NonConformance tickets with the same TranID, for the same part number/job/inspector but different scrap reasons and quantities. They were created only a minute apart. We can only find one record in Epicor, which means one was either deleted or overwritten. However, I’ve been told this has happened before but both NonConformance records stuck around. Has anyone run into this issue? What can I do to prevent this from happening again?
