When creating items on the fly is it possible to update your screen designer to add a second UOM box, second unit size box and add a tab your company created in item maintenance?
Assuming you’re referring to the new item OTF popup, you can add a lot of fields to it like extended description and short code.
But this does not include multiple UOMs.
The logic doesn’t exist in the Screen Designer to support “many to one” style additions.
If you need multiple UOMs on new items, You could add them with a business rule or just set a New Item alert to email someone so they can add the UOMs.
