Dynamic Segments not showing

We use dynamic segments to break out different GL accounts into individual projects. When we add a new project, a new segment is added however not all of the segments are showing up in ECM to use.

The segment is in Epicor. It has not been used against anything yet. It’s a non-PO invoice.

Is there a trick to getting new dynamic segments to show up in ECM?

I’ve entered a support ticket and it has gone to a “you need professional services” state…

I haven’t used Dynamic Segments for about 10 years, but I was thinking you need to do a rebuild on the chart to include the segment. I think the API call from ECM simply reads the GLChart table, not the individual segment listings, since not every combination might be applicable.
