i have a bpm where i want to pull the company table properties from this code:

Company = (from Company_Row in Db.Company
                           where Company_Row.Company == Session.CompanyID
                           select Company_Row).FirstOrDefault();

pretty basic, however, it says company does not exist in the company table. i went to DB to verify this and it is there. Anyone else seen this issue or know how to work around? thanks!

I use this template.  It is plug n play:

Erp.Tables.XXX XXX;

var XXX_Recs = (from XXX_Row in Db.XXX

                where XXX_Row.Company == Session.CompanyID

                && XXX_Row.YYY == ZZZ_Recs.YYY

                select XXX_Row).FirstOrDefault();

{

            var XXXRow = XXX_Recs;

            if (XXX_Recs != null)

            {

               callContextBpmData.CCC = XXX_Recs.YYY;

            }

}          /*** XXX ***/

thanks but my issue isnt the formatting. its saying something doesnt exist on the company table when in the DB its clearly there.

I think it may be saying that because your variable “company” is not declared.  So you need the “var” in front of it ie:

var Company = (from Company_Row in Db.Company
                           where Company_Row.Company == Session.CompanyID
                           select Company_Row).FirstOrDefault();

its declared higher up in the whole code. thats just a snippet. Once again read my post, its not formatting error. my error is saying that on the company table, the column company does not exist, but in the DB its clearly there. Does that make sense?
where Company_Row.Company this is the line its complaining about if that helps you. thanks.
