Hi Tricia,
We are on 10.0.700.4 and I’ve never been able to do what you describe. Whenever we do a cycle count we get all the parts that are due like you describe. Our cycle counts selections are set by month then that month gets broken down into days when it selects. Some days we used to have more parts than others and so what I did was move parts from one day to others to make it even out. I even went as far as choosing to get parts for other months and moving parts from one month to another so we wouldn’t end up with more parts to count towards the end of the year and spread it throughout the year.
After some time of you doing cycle counts on a regular basis then you will no longer have to do this. I too struggled during the implementation of cycle counts because we wanted to get around ~80 parts daily. But after doing cycle counts on a daily basis and doing some shuffling around in the beginning, we now get a nice even number on a daily basis.

Subject: [Vantage] E10 cycle counts
Hi ~
We are in the process of upgrading from Vantage 6.1 to Epicor 10. Does anyone know if the functionality of cycle counts has changed? With 6.1, we have the ABC Codes set up. However, if I try to create a cycle count group and tell it to give me 50 parts,
for example, it may only come up with 3 or 4 parts that are "due" to be counted. Does anyone know if this has been "fixed" in E10? If I ask for 50 parts, will I GET 50 parts??
Thanks in advance!
