E9.04.5xx MRP Blank Title 90324

The global order bug which causes customers to be flagged over their credit limit even though they are not appears to be fixed in 9.04.506b.

Interesting - we have had the opposite problem in 505 - customers going randomly on hold (and thus not shipping) the order totals in credit just blow up (one customer with $50k in actual orders showed over $1M in the credit manager screens) Hoping 506 solves some of these problems as well.... We probably won't think about 9.05 until next year - same testing issues, it is enough to keep up with the 9.04 patches.

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
Test system has been running 9.04.505c for some time
MRP runs full regen every night takes 49 minutes to run

'Upgraded' to 9.04.506, same database, no data added or removed now MRP run takes 3 hrs 15 minutes

Anyone experience similar results ???

over 300% increase in time to process exact same data ???
We did NOT get an increase of any magnitude for MRP.

We've had an issue in Customer Credit Manager not putting Sales Orders on hold. Epicor suggested upgrading to 506 and to skip 505 altogether.

Lucky for us, the process does work in Customer | Billing | Credit.

Our next stop is 9.05.60X. We just don't have the time to QA each of these releases.
