E9 - Expand Tree View On Forms

Found an answer on one of the earlier posts. If I click the windows key and * it automatically expands the tree. Now I just need a way to save the expanded tree default next time entering a form if anyone has found a way to do that?

Havent run into this before. Users want to be able to expand the tree view on forms such as part tracker, same way as in engineering workbench where you can right click and go to full tree as an option. Is there a way to do this through any styling or personalization options?
