Its functional, yet green, there is one major flaw with the design and how you designate sub components to larger systems, which is it doesn’t allow you to create a one to many relationship. Labor is all claimed using setup only, why, I have no idea, but it’s not a show stopper. It lacks a lot of tools for job management and out of the box you have to go to a lot of different forms/screens to get things done. While this isn’t out of line with other functions in the system, it will drive your maintenance folks nuts as they are fixing machines, not flying a desktop. That being said if you can leverage tools sets such as bpm’s, updateable dashboards and the like you can fill these gaps. We are using it from end to end and are overall pretty satisfied with it for what we paid for it. It wasn’t all that expensive of a module. I hope to see them continue to build on it. It has allowed us to accomplish a lot of the goals, and tracking metrics we’ve been long wanting to do. Global visibility is a big deal for us and it delivers that being an embedded product.
