E9 - New Line in Quote is Greyed out

Hello,

I have an inside sales person that all of a sudden cannot add new lines to quotes. She was able to create a quote, add lines, and create orders from them.

However, E9 is giving some issues this morning that she can’t add lines or do anything with quotes other than creating a new one. Has anyone seen this issue before and can recommend a path forward?

We had her log in from other computers and cleared her user cache’s, but the issue persists. Nobody else is having this issue at the moment.

Try deleting the personalization for the user if she has one and check?
