Eagle Browser - Move Multiple Catalog Items to Inventory Easily?

Hello,

I have many customers who utilize Epicor Eagle Browser. I am a supplier that offers data to the customer’s Eagle system directly through invoices and indirectly through our item catalog going to Epicor who then offers that quarterly to customers. We have worked to give the customer’s the Item Catalog directly and we are unable to get assistance from Epicor for that. Currently customers are able to get our catalog, however they must add each item to their inventory one item at a time. Is there a way to bulk add items to their inventory?

My company happens to use both Kinetic and Epicor Eagle in different LLCs

Epicor Eagle has a catalog import utility via csv files or fixed length files. They have a tool, Catalog Import Designer, to map the csv file to Eagle catalog fields. They have similar utilities to import into inventory.
