Is there away to setup a timeout limit within ECM? We have users for AP approval that are being left logged in and causing us to run out of licenses. I know the admin account does time out due to inactivity at some point. We would like to be able to do the same with normal user accounts.
I know it does, I am trying to figure out where it’s at. If you haven’t already, I’d ask support.
At one point I asked and then I asked my company if they wanted to adjust it and they decided they didn’t- so I forgot where and how to do it.
I put in a support ticket. I’ll reply back with the information once I have it.

in the UI, under Guided Learning - search for “IdleTimeLicenseRelease”. It is a setting found under “System Settings”
