We are in the process of implementing ECM and are building a workflow for job travelers using the barcode module. ECM is having an issue completing the workflow.
any ideas where to start, we are working with a consultant group on this project.
Check your distributed queue. The Barcode has to be read by a server that you have the connection on.

We had one that worked, I saw it go through the DQM, but it would not work until I ran content type. Then the latest one I did never showed in the DQM.

the items would just sit in that state. i just tried to capture one again for testing.
So if it’s not moving through there, then something wrong with your ECM client. Do you have the barcode license assigned to the ECM client?
