Is anyone else in ECM Hosted / Cloud and are you experiencing any down time? I can’t get a hold of DocStar or Epicor Support… and we are D … E … D in the water.
Ours is up just logged in with out issue.

Well after 50 minutes someone answered the phone at our … Cloud Hosted DocStar
Him: “I see there’s a problem with the cloud”…
Me: You are the cloud
Him: I’ll have to put in a ticket and call you back when I hear back from the cloud
Me: So your cloud’s cloud is down…
Him: Yes…
Me: So you can’t help me?
Him: No i have to contact our cloud technical support…
So… the cloud… has… a cloud… Lord help us

The CA1 cloud is working. Like all clouds, not all clouds are down, just so far your cloud.
I know certain clouds may exist on the same server, so you might be in the unfortunate case of the wrong day, the wrong cloud.

They finally restored us last night. Apparently the cloud had to reboot

How long were you down for?
4~8pm
4AM? it started?
no about 4 PM it was having issues all day but finally collapsed fully around 4 PM

When I had DocStar in Epicor’s cloud, it was hosted in AWS. The AI stuff is Azure though if I recall others more recent posts.
