In the ECM Document workflow, Request Signature task is added to send the Contract document to the DocuSign process.
Here single document is send to DocuSign process. We have created the Template in the DocuSign using a single Contract document. This is working fine.

Now we need to send multiple documents from ECM to DocuSign process for E-Signature. I am able to add multiple documents in the DocuSign template.
But if we add multiple documents in the DocuSign template then the Template name is not available in the Request Signature Template List.

In the ECM Package workflow, the Request Signature task is not available, only available in the Document Workflow.

Can you please guide how to send multiple documents from ECM into the Docusign process?

Yes - please open a ticket. They’re good about getting back to you on these things and a number of us are looking at adding Docusign to ECM soon.
