Allow documents with Stamps or Annotations ECM-I-1128

Credit to @fredmeissner for doing the testing/discovery.

Shedding further light on the inconsistent interface between ERP and ECM, it seems there is no control that will allow the inclusion of stamps or annotations to be included on document retrieval.

I explained a bit more on the Idea post, but if you use them inside ECM you may want to upvote this one.

Incidentally I have worked around this issue but emailing the annotated documents and using batch import to to bring them back in and attach to ERP.

It’s a real pain so would be good to see a proper solution.
