Does anyone konw if attachments from EKW (camera or file) should be populating the metadata fields like they do when attaching from Kinetic?
We have been experiencing the same issue. Have tickets open with Epicor for a few months and no answers. Looking at the methods EKW does not appear to call the same method for attachments.
The latest update should have this working. We got a one off working with Epicor and Biscit to fix this issue and they are saying it is now in the latest update to the EKW App to pass the metadata to ECM. I will be updating and testing some time in the next 2 weeks, but the fix is working now that I manually applied.
Hopefully not just ECM, but SPO as well. Thanks for the update.
Do you mean this is now in the latest update or not in the latest update? We’re just starting our EKW implementation and would be an issue for us.
