Emails from Vantage

sent this to my hosted email provider. When I setup all the email accounts I added *@... to the whitelist and have it set to send spam and quarantine emails to inbox with [spam] and [quarantine] in the subject line.

Changed email providers and I found vantage.manager email address in company and changed it to our new providers address and restarted the vantage mfgsys803 app process. We use this for po approvals over your signing limit. It still doesn't work and I don't know where else to look. Is there some sort of log file that would show me if SMTP is trying to send email?
Maybe epicor-smtp.log.txt and GlobalAlertsEmail.log
Do you have an mfgwrk803 directory?

When you say provider - I assume you mean a 3rd party server.
My guess is that you'll need to work with them on their end.
