Employee can't schedule over the Job Scheduling Board

I have a user that is trying to use the Job Scheduling Board to schedule some jobs but when he click/move the job nothing happens; already reviewed user security groups and are the same as a few other users that are able to do so. What I’m missing?

I can think of two possibilities.

  1. The job is locked in the schedule.
  2. The user is accessing the JSB through a menu item that you haven’t reviewed the security for.

Make sure the job is not locked, make sure the user is using the same menu item as everyone else. Make sure there are no “Disallow access” users on the menu item.

so, not sure what happened but it seems that the user had a personalization and that was affecting it, we deleted the personalization and now is working as should be.
