The BMPs must be very very small (in file size).
I don't recall the threshold but I would try to get the file down to
50KB or less.

I have the same problem as Jeff. The file photos are in bmp format (do
they have to be a particular size?). They are located in the folder
Matt indicates. Still, that does no good. In case it makes a
difference, we are on Vista 8.03.403.

I click the File button and select am employee photo. The photo never
