We are trying to do 2 things, and have bugs with both. I am hoping someone has some insight.
1, when trying to receive a serialized part direct to job on the Emww app, the receipt will error saying that “the serial number does not exist”. Which of course it doesn’t, because at that point I am receiving the item on the dock. Receipt entry of these types of parts works fine in epicor, and I can add a new serial number, but not in EMWW. I have a support ticket in, but it has been a bit slow. Anyone else see this or have a fix?
2nd, We have data directives driving bartender, and they work great through epicor and epicor MES, but nothing happens when being driven by EMWW. Prime example, we perform a po receipt in epicor, when the receipt is marked complete, a label prints. When we do a po receipt in EMWW, nothing happens, but if I go look at that pack slip and PO, it will all show received. The trigger is off the Received checkbox changing from false to true.
any ideas?
We are using Saas, and on 10.2.600.
