END Activity Non-existing job

Yes,I am able to end the activity now.
Thank you ALL
One of my shop employee entered Job ID as 0(zero)by mistake and hit enter,everything got frozen.
We cannot end activity or clock him out.
If I click end activity I get an error msg "A valid job no is required"
Please advise.
I have Vantage 6.10

Go into System Management / Utilities / Data Conversion & run #7428 to end the activity....
That should do the trick.

I am sorry I just check it shows the job number is empty but assembly is 0(zero).
I tried running #7428 data collection ....Nothing happened after I ran.

Did you do a "Conversion / Run the Conversion Program"? Were you able to get to the point to enter the employee # and get the details of his/her job?
It should pull that up for you and then you have the option to change the "yes" to "no" under "Active".
