Is anyone having any issues with regard to checking out parts via express part checkout, or simply the part entry screen, where it is always taking you to “Method Tracker”
From Part Entry → Click Check Out Revision, Choose ECO, Click Endgineering Work Bench → end up in Method Tracker, not Engineering Work Bench
This is a recent problem for us. We upgraded from 2025.1.14 to 2025.2.9 and this started happening right away.
Opening the Engineering Work Bench takes us to it, and that works, but it’s a new nuisance for our engineers…
I will probably open a ticket, but I wanted to check here first to confirm with anyone.
I had this exact same problem. I am on cloud and using version 2025.2.7. We had to submit a ticket and got a hot fix for it. Opening a ticket requesting a hot fix for it would be my suggestion.
Ultimately, this was resolved for us in the .14 upgrade. We had not upgraded since .09 (2025.2). So I’m not sure what version corrected it. Nothing was ever specifically pinpointed in the ticket, but all is good now.
