I’m doing some testing for customization we’re adding to Drop Shipment Entry (in browser) and was able to Drop Ship a part that is serial tracked without anything stopping me from doing it without entering the serial numbers. The Serial Number button on the shipment line was enabled, but nothing prompting me to select the correct quantity prior to marking shipment as received/shipped.
I assume this is “working as designed,” but is anyone else on a version older/newer than 2025.1.13 where it does natively stop user from shipping without serial numbers?
), because as soon as you click the “Serial Numbers” button, even if you close it without creating any, and then save you get a check error that selected quantity doesn’t match ship quantity.
