We just went live on Kinetic at the end of July. Did Epicor do away with Enterprise Search? We were on 10.2 and used it when trying to find information - ie, we know the ship-to name but not the order number, date, etc. If we clicked on Enterprise Search, we could put in the Ship-to name and it would give all information in the database related to that name. Can’t find anything similar in Kinetic. Help??? Thanks!!!
Are you on-prem or cloud?
On-Prem requires the extension to be installed at the Appserver, and then indexes are built. then the URL is entered in Company Config.
I’m not sure how the cloud is handling it.
We are on cloud.
Not sure if it gets turned on/off with an upgrade so I would check to make sure it is still turned on for the user on user account security maintenance:
It is checked to allow in User Maintenance.

Mine is as well. Interesting. Didn’t even notice it was gone, haha.
I would report it. Assuming the latest update turned it off. EpicCare should be able to turn it back on for you.

Where would it be? I can’t tell if its gone for me or if I don’t know how to use it in Kinetic 
In the Kinetic UI it’s the magnifying glass icon on the upper left, if it’s enabled.
