What’s been everyone’s experience with how long it takes EpiCare support to have the ftp’d database loaded and ready for the support analyst?
Our db load time in the last year averages 8 days, not counting the business day it takes to slowly upload a 40GB backup at 700 kbps (we have 50Mbps upload speeds in the office). Is that typical?

In the UK I uploaded a DB copy to FTP, the same site that I’ve always used recently. The support analyst couldn’t find it…
Seems they’ve moved to an SFTP webpage that you upload to - speeds were pretty good, but very annoying that I wasted hours uploading it to the FTP before then having to upload again.
Turnaround time to get the DB loaded was 3 days, from me saying it had finished to the analyst doing some testing on the issue.
