I just updated a request to get EDD enable on a cloud install that has been in place since 2021.
I put in the request Jan. 31st. The case was assigned to support, who in turn sends a request to the cloud team.
I wonder what they will do now that Edge sadly has decided to leave⌠Half the initiatives just like this support call will die, because an individual has left. Needless to say that we lost some amazing talent at Epicor⌠Bart, Himanshu, Edge, SAD⌠Epicor cant even retain talent during mass layoffs, damn. Whoâs next Connor, Olga and Jeff LeBert?
