I just updated a request to get EDD enable on a cloud install that has been in place since 2021.
I put in the request Jan. 31st. The case was assigned to support, who in turn sends a request to the cloud team.
I wonder what they will do now that Edge sadly has decided to leave… Half the initiatives just like this support call will die, because an individual has left. Needless to say that we lost some amazing talent at Epicor… Bart, Himanshu, Edge, SAD… Epicor cant even retain talent during mass layoffs, damn. Who’s next Connor, Olga and Jeff LeBert?
