I am actually running into that right now myself… with an install
I’m to the point where I have Epicor support communicating with the group that creates the installer. We’ll see what they say.

I ran into this after I joined a workgroup computer to our domain using the Profile Wizard app. Ended up having to start over and it worked after joining the workstation to the domain using the windows Network ID… wizard, then copying the files from the local profile to the domain profile.
I managed to find a workaround. We own Dell Kace software in which you can create custom scripts to push out files, programs, registry changes, etc. automatically.
I have the script running as local system and it works fine.
Epicor was never able to figure out the cause of this issue, unfortunately.
do you installed .net 4.5.2 in your client ? by 10.1.400 ,i was install this package just ok for me .
