Epicor 10.2.600 - Updatable Dashboard

Hello,
we have an issue on Updatable Dashboard.
we created a Updatable Dashboard and it worked very well.
Now, we added this dashboard into the order entry and updatable dashboard update field became greyed out. but we do the dashboard itself in the menu item, the update field is working.

Do you know why and how to fix that.

I had a similar issue after upgrading. On a whim, I just went into the Update > Update Processing > Business Object. Removed the BO and reselected it. That fixed the issue.
