Please help. I have a job number that is freezing our mes stations and if they are able to clock out. When I go to time and expense to edit there times. This one job number lets me open it and edit but when I go to click submit it says saving and freezes and does nothing.

This is only happening to one job. I asked around to people that would have accessed this job and no one has done anything from what they have told me.
Is it possible that you still have an Active Labor Transaction against this Job?
Can you try opening up Admin Tools and run Database Conversion 8920 - End Activity on Labor Detail Transactions and see if the user that reports the Labor Activity against this job still has an Active Trans against it?
If so then I believe you would want to change the Active value to “NO” and click Done and that would release the locked record. And then you would want to be sure to run Database Conversion 8930 - End Activity on Labor Header Transactions and change any record that comes up for that Job to a “NO” as well… we would usually have to run these Conversions whenever someone forgot to clock out of a job and it just sat out there overnight.
So the job is not showing as active transaction. Its shows approved until I click edit. When we had the clock out issue about a couple hours ago. I did manage to clock out which left that one job open. So I did what you said but back then and made it not an active transaction and then I ran a baq which let me change the status to Approved. Then after that I can click edit to edit but still same issue it freezes.
