Yes, in the menu tree right click and add a new group. display that group on the favorites tab and then add to favorites what you want to start.

Right click and set the auto load this group.

Is there a way to have specific forms auto-launch when a user logs in?

That way they can log in a go have their coffee, come back and their
forms will be loaded and ready to go....
